Certified and serious trainers unlike some other gyms and fitness centres in the city. Can lose weight and increase strength, without going extreme on either diet or difficulty level of exercise. Good for beginners to start with. Paid tea and coffee vending machine, is of good quality. 1 hr workout 5 days a week is good.
